These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, the research materials, survey tools, readiness check-ups, and related services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable Swedish and EU legislation.

This website serves as an academic and applied research platform focused on assessing the readiness of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to enter the Scandinavian market (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland).

All tools, survey forms, questionnaires, and checklists provided on this site are designed for analytical, educational, and business diagnostic purposes.

• Informational & Diagnostic Nature: The analysis, checklists, automated check-ups, and White Paper publications provided through this platform represent expert analytical assessments and academic findings.

• No Formal Legal Representation: The content and individual check-ups do not constitute formal legal representation, binding tax advice, or guaranteed commercial success in the Nordic market without a separate, explicitly executed engagement agreement.

• Accuracy: While the Operator endeavors to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the regulatory and market data, we do not warrant that all legislative summaries are completely exhaustive or error-free at all times.

• All materials on this website — including research methodology, text, questionnaire architecture, analytical frameworks (Nordic Readiness Framework), checklists, graphics, and design — are protected under the Swedish Copyright Act (Lag (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk) and international IP conventions.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to review and complete questionnaires for their own internal business evaluation. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, scraping, or modification of the research materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Participation in the empirical survey is voluntary and governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

• Submission of company details for the B2B Exporter Directory constitutes explicit consent for inclusion in aggregated presentations and curated business matchings for Nordic chambers of commerce and partners.

• The Operator reserves the right to verify, edit for clarity, or exclude submissions that do not meet professional or compliance standards.

• To the extent permitted by Swedish law (svensk rätt), the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the website, surveys, or materials;

• Business or commercial decisions made on the basis of published diagnostic tools or White Paper insights;

• External links or third-party web services referenced on this platform.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden (svensk lag), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the general courts of Sweden (allmän domstol), with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
